SPOT ON OPTICS RAFFLE

1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

2. Raffle

BC Gaming Event Licence #175809

3 for $25.00; 1200 tickets
10 for $50.00; 1600 tickets
20 for $75.00; 1000 tickets
40 for $100.00; 1200 tickets

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: December 29, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. PST

Draw
Raffle draw: December 29, 2026 at 6:00:00 p.m. PST

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at 5830 Beach Ave, Peachland, BC V0H 1X2

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://conservationraffle.ca/winners on December 29, 2026.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the H4BC Hunt.Gather.Conserve. Society.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the H4BC Hunt.Gather.Conserve. Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

H4BC Hunt.Gather.Conserve. Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: secretary@huntersforbc.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Delay in Draw

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

8. Other

Please email our team at secretary@huntersforbc.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
